Refund Policy

At CPUInfo.co.uk, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

🚫 No Returns

Due to the nature of our business and supply chain (dropshipping from international vendors), we are unable to offer returns for any reason — including change of mind, incorrect item ordered, or delayed shipping.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives visibly damaged or is confirmed to be faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds (full or partial) may be offered at our discretion.

⏱ Timing

Refund requests will not be considered after 7 days from delivery.

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In any rare case of refund approval, only the product cost may be reimbursed.

🛡️ Chargebacks

We actively dispute chargebacks. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and waive the right to reverse payments for reasons covered here.
